    08 e90 hood options.

So my hood is getting replaced by insurance, should I look into aftermarket options?

Absolutely, what are you looking for?

Vented or non-vented? Just carbon fiber?

I don't want anything too flashy. Can you suggest a few? Any performance out of vented?

Well, vented will keep underhood temps a bit lower. Basically, just go with what you think looks best.

Here are a few, Vorsteiner one is E92 not sure if they have the same one for an E90:

I like the Vorsteiner in the first picture but I believe its only available for the e92.
I like the option 8 but as others have said that hump is a little too harsh and not as smooth as an oem m3 hood.
I recently seen pics of an lci conversion w/msport bumper and it looked really good. Im leaning towards this.

I love this look the best, except pain the whole hood minus CF air vents.
