It will, but you will need to send the FMIC back to us to have the v-band FMIC flanges welded back on. Click here to enlarge

500whp is their target but maybe they squeeze more...given they're using procede and stock fuel system for this I'd think they won't be able to go much higher

I wonder what Shiv will do with AFR down low and if they'll have to induce boost lag down low purposely not to go lean too much

Really think Cobb is a better option tune wise here given how deep they've gone into the dme but it'll be interesting to see what procede will do with it too nonetheless

I believe the additional fueling system is with stage 2 and up. 500whp is a great stage 1 kit. Stage 2 and above will be the real uncharted territory. Will be exciting to watch.

Horsepower Freaks single turbo Stage I N54 upgrade kit progress, startup video - Aiming for $5950 intro price

Many tuners have attempted single turbo setups on the BMW N54 direct injected turbo 6. Up to this point, nobody has been able to come to market with a reliable solution. HPF announced they intended to provide a single turbo kit for the N54 last year. They seem to be progressing further than anyone else and making it into a reality. Expect dyno numbers to come soon but for now the details we have are that this kit will be able to run any Precision T4 Turbo rom a 67 to a 76.

Additionally, HPF is aiming for a starting price of $5950 which will include the turbo manifold, journal bearing Precision turbo, wastegate, oil scavenge pump and hardware, downpipe, intake charge pipe, motor mount, motor mount relocation kit, VBrace, fittings, couplers, etc. This will really shift the N54 turbo upgrade options and be incredibly competitive. After this is released expect a Stage II with fueling upgrade but that is further down the line.

Good job so far HPF, good job indeed.

Well....outside of maybe some gain from efficiency won't fuel still limit this to what we have already seen? Awesome either way, i just really want to see a legitimate fuel solution.

are there any driveability advantages in a single turbo setup?
I see only negative points in such a setup...
Why not slightly increas both turbos instead of one big (bin lag) turbo setup. For quarter mile purpose maybe....?

So stage 1 includes everything listed minus the exhaust? If so not a typical over priced solution after all.
Turbo mani intake fmic cold and hot pipes dp along with all fitings to make it work? Does the tune come with it? Cause I would obviously option out of that and go with a different solution.
