JAWS MOTORSPORT - E60 M5 LHD Black Edition HEADERS

Next in the JAWS ALPHA-N ETI (Exhaust,Tune,Intake) line is JAWS Black Edition headers, a essential keypart when developing serious N/A power for the S85 V10.

We are in the start pit and purchased a set of OEM headers from a salvage which we meassured alot on to and made some 3D drawings and also simulation with pipemax (http://maxracesoftware.com/pipemax36xp2.htm)

Have never touched a aftermarket S85 V10 header before from any competitor but we looked at them all on the internet and the design we liked and who seemed to deliver the most is the Supersprint model.

So with a set of OEM headers and pictures will make this happend and it will be guaranteed the most priceworth headers out there FOR SURE! Below $3000

Our idea is to offer a complete "ETI" kit to the customer which we hope will be mentioned as the "Most bang for the buck" upgrade for the M5 V10!

Headers will be delivered heatcoated black with serial number in a JAWS signature box

Will update with pictures along the way and finaly of course with a dynosheet in the end.

    Be patience and stay tuned!

    // JAWS

How do you plan to modify them?

An affordable header solution for the S85 would be excellent.

We will make our own design of new pipes and flanges so there will be no modification of the OEMs nor the need of send in cores.

Up today there is not many offering a good priceworth header thats worth the money in my opinion, though there is not any problem to find a great design which will make power but u will have to pay $4-5 up to $8000 for a pair.

There is definitely room in the market for an affordable header.

How do you think you'd gain realistically? I know on the S65, headers don't do much... but they did on the S54

Headers produce nice gains on the S85.

If looking on them whos allready out there they seem to produce 20-35whp, there is a catalyst converter just next to the collector as u can see on the above picture and thats the biggest choke here.

S65 V8 headers are so good from start w/o catalys converter s to improve those significant would be a test!

    Thumbs up

No fancy pics gents, its the first rough mockup to try fitment and pipe
    design.
We have been trying to achive equal long headers but the lack of
space is not doing this to a easy task.

When we are saticfied it will be
worked out with as many machine bend tubes as possible along with perfect rot
gas tigwelding for ridgety and nice looking welds.

    Final headers will all
come black heat coated with no extra charge as well as a nice box with the JAWS
    logo on.

Nice and good working V10 headers doesnt have to cost you a
fortune, we promise you guys that we will hold a very attractive price for what
we call a high end performance header up today.

    First 5 paying
    customers
will get a SICK deal shipped wherever in the world
    you are!

Yepp , will put them on the car in weeks...will try boost things up around here.

The main issue for us is we will do the headers with our one piece intake and Alpha tune...so headers dyno alone will prob wait, but i have 2 guys in USA showing great intrest in getting the asap so they can dyno it for us over there.
