Best damn detailer near-ish to Virginia?

I washed my car the other day, first time in at least a month, and I have to say the previous owner must have washed the car with brillo or something. The paint looks like spiderwebbed $#@!. -okay, it's not too bad, but I don't like it.
I'm tempted to get a portercable 7424 and some pads and compound, but at the same time I would love to have someone who actually knows what the hell they are doing do some magic to my car, so I can just maintain it from there on out. So, is there anyone that is worth their salt around Virginia, or even better Richmond that I can throw a few hundred dollars at to buff my alpine white piece? Thanks!

Well, it looks like I might pick up some supplies from autogeek and make an attempt to do it myself.

Always more satisfying to do it this way. If you do go this route a thread on your detailing would be nice...
