Camaro SS vs. Mustang Boss 302

Interesting results... Wish the Camaro was a 6spd, appears to be an automatic.

    We stay swingin...

Not suprised, all though the boss driver didnt launch the car right. It's a mid 4 second 0-60 car.

For some reason they love to test their $#@! on wet tracks. I guess it makes sense to have wet track numbers since it always rains there. But what if I want dry track numbers? Pretty useless tests for the other 99% of the world that it doesn't rain 24/7.

Don't forget to add the Laguna Seca package, and its game over. But for near 60K, it's still a Mustang.

They also make a 302R, that one of my local racing nuts bought. Over 100K, but it does come with its own engineer that flys out to whatever track you are racing on, and adjusts the ECU for you for peak lap times, SWEET

Almost forgot, he broke the one minute mark at Beaverun, and that is $#@!ING amazimgClick here to enlarge

What, the guy will just fly out to any track? What if you track all over the US? Is there some limit on that?

Not sure sticky? Ford will ONLY sell you an R if you hold a legit Racing license, as they want these cars raced. So far, this nut has had a Ford engineer come to Mid Ohio, Beaverun, Nelson Ledges, and Watkins Glen. I do not believe Ford would support an over seas adventure, as this car would not be legal in any foreign event that I am aware of.

Hey guys, I made a slight mistake. He owns a 302RR made by Nehagan racing. It is NOT the Ford 302R. Same rules apply though, meaning engineering support. Really a fantstic road car, IMHO.

It would be epic to have lets say a strange noise coming from your car. You know the kind you take to a dealer, they decide to be ironic and say "we don't know what it is, so it must be normal." You call your Ford engineer and he flys out and diagnoses the problem for you. That would be well worth the money.

    Sure would be nice.

Until the guy in the Ferrari FXX shows up with his own Ferrari appointed pit crew.
