Glad to see another E36 boosted.

few things you may learn from my past pain:
-put better hose clamps on the boost tubes. A bolt style clamp will work much better than the worm clamp (jubilee clamp is what you may call them) They will pop off. Hairspray works very well to make them stick (amazingly) as well.
-have you run into boost creep with that manifold? It's almost identical to mine. I have pretty good boost creep at low boost.
-I hope you don't have problems with that piece of junk cometic head gasket. Mine leaked anything it was supposed to contain. Coolant, oil, boost...... It really pissed me off. My RA value was good on the block and the head. I had issues pushing combustion pressures into the cooling system over 18psi. I ended up oringing the cylinder head with stainless piano wire and running a factory headgasket. No leaks of any time up to 32psi.
    - what turbo pump controller are you using? RB racing makes a fantastic turbo pump controller that will scavenge the turbo and pump for 90 seconds after you turn off the car. It works great!
    - those injectors will be able to support that power level on e85, but I hope the fuel system can fuel it!
I'm running e85 at 28-30psi, and make 640/720 on a mustang dyno. I have no idea what it makes on another dyno- they all can be manipulated and vary depending on environmental conditions and operator.

    Twinturbom3

Work on the car going slowly but I preferred a work slow but a work well-made

    - new intake manifold will be finished next week
    - AEM meth kit installed
    - dashboard completely finish
    - new turbo setup coming we hope 1000hp

    alex@ABRhouston

    Thanks for you advice
For the moment I have no problem whit the cometic and 22psi but whit the new turbo setup I think we need to change it.
We change all $#@! hose clamps that DM Performance to install
I have no turbo timer I drive just slow and whit no boost +/-5 miles and stop +/-60 sec of place before cut the engine.

ps: A administrator can remove the name DM PERFORMANCE in the thread name and in the first message in red before the pics THANKS

No, you need to evacuate the oil out of the turbo after the engine is turned off so it does not leak past the seals. The turbo is below oil line. It WILL leak. It WILL smoke. The timer keeps The turbo pump going after the car turns off to remove all the oil out of the drain. Trust me on this.

No real news for the moment

Evolve expect the parts that need to be laser cut for the intake and exhaust manifold.

Normally the new setup will be fully in place in late January early February.

The engine tuning that will to end of February

I prefer work that advances slowly and properly rather than quickly and badly

I would not fail to give you news when there are at

I hope you can understand that I write because whit google translator is not perfec LOL
