Ah....plugged in some numbers and I'm seeing a slight issue with the divided turbine housing. Seems the nozzle area looks like it starts to choke roughly at 500rwhp? I guess we'll see on the dyno....but worst case would be to swap to an 0.82 open housing if the engine starts to nose over?

Again, I'm just looking at a spreadsheet here....and I have very little actual experience in this area.

Is this costing him a kidney or other organ? How much does a custom setup like this run? It's gorgeous.

I'd really need to source/create some diagrams to explain this properly, and I don't want to take this thread off topic. (Even though I realize the topic is related, the discussion would sidetrack the focus on the car) So....I'll look at maybe making a post in the advanced tech section.

And sorry for the lack of updates this past week, last Thursday my TIG decided to stop working on AC (aluminum setting for a TIG). I sent it back for warranty repair which is 3-4 weeks out, we couldn't wait that long without it so after a quick discussion it was time for an upgrade! Here she is, just delivered yesterday afternoon and put to work today to complete what's shown above!

Not sure who thought it was a good idea to use only the oil dipstick as a support for this intake manifold, so here's what I came up with as a better solution. Also serves as a holder for the dipstick and fuel pressure regulator
