Passengers usually depend on what type of insurance the group organizing the event has taken out for that day. Typically the only passenger allowed is an instructor.

Sticky - maybe I'll come out and show you what a low 30 on the big track feels like Click here to enlarge

CLK Black Series. Yes, it's fast and to manage low 30's I have to really push it...not something I like doing in a street car but I wanted to see what it really had in it. IIRC the exact time was a :32 but that was with the R compounds; not running those anymore.

R compounds on the street are useless...at least in LA or any other large urban city where traffic is always present. They take forever to get up to operating temp and you have to drive the piss out of them to get them there. Don't get me wrong, they are great on the track, but that's it. Plus, the Michelin Pilot Sports on the street are damn good and last much longer. And if you are running on the street so hard that you can recognize the difference in levels of grip between the two...you are likely going to jail if you get caught. Kinda like when I took you for a ride, Sticky Click here to enlarge

I understand that but I'm strictly referring to using them on the track. As in, two different sets.
