Yep, that is the issue. I'll clean it up.

Many have to learn that a louder exhaust is not necessarily a more powerful exhaust. Most even quiet exhausts today are free flowing. But if you cruise the boards, most will spend over a grand or two because the exhaust sounds kewl.

Part of the experience is the sound however a performance exhaust should also focus on... performance.

If I have anything to do with this exhaust set up it will be powerful and refined sounding. Can't stand the NASCAR sound on so many of these aftermarket pieces. The S65 should be made to sound like an F1 car - take advantage of the high reving motor. Click here to enlarge

Hey Jake, hope all is well... Did you want to have a chat? Very interested in seeing what we can do here - I am itching for a good NA system, just not sure what to get. Would love to be a guinea pig - don't have baselines, but am pretty confident my car is strong. :-)

    Cheers.

Why is everyone so surprised here?

Did you really think anyone can actually get more power with ANY rear exhaust?

If anyone says they can they are talking completely crap.

You buy this Performance exhaust for the weight loss and the sound.

I bet a whole load of people have been told by sales orientated tuners that rear exhausts can add +10hp!! LOL

So why is everyone discussing it?

Anyone with half a brain knows that the BMW rear exhaust is a very free flowing system and the gain shown here is to be expected.

You are paying for an INCONEL exhaust.

Simply to point out to people that there are greater values to be had and not to buy into a name brand. It might surprise you how many people simply have no clue.
