    You have an 11 second car there with a slightly better 60... the M3's have gotten so much faster NA with the new tunes.

    yeah it was matt. it does make sense, on the way back we all lined up on the highway (me, tuned c63, matt, vette) and matt managed to put ~2 cars on the eurocharged C63 from a 40 roll...his car is a rocket...the only reason the traps didnt reflect his real speed is because he was having bogging issues during one of the runs, and grinded 2 gears on the other
    N54 6MT + piggyback = bog = fail. Rick, you and me know this all too well lol.

    DefactoM6: Bug Shiv to send you the NLS/2step wiring kit if you have a rev3... or get a WOTbox. It will get you much more consistent run to run... a bog on the 2-3 or 3-4 shift and there go your trap speeds.

    Where shall I send you the .dbn for verification and addition to the database? As far as I know, I hold the current record for stock turbo, no nitrous n54 60-130, might as well have it in there. And I have something ranging between 8.94-8.85 sitting on the vbox waiting to be loaded just for backup to verify that it wasn't a freak occurrence or anything.

    I think a WOTBox is definitely in my future, I would do just about anything to eliminate that bog, it annoys the everliving $#@! out of me.

    Admittedly v4 was better than jb3 in that regard but it still happened a bit. The problem is if you bog kiss any ideas of a high trap speed goodbye.

    From what I've been hearing, the Cobb ap does not bog, but I've been seeing occasional posts indicating otherwise. But yea a WOTbox is the most consistent way of eliminating it.

    Defacto, do you have the log of the bog run? Could it be that the revs just touched the rev limiter which dipped the timing?

    I was the tuned C63 he raced and can attest to how strong his M3 is...I was very surprised that he put 1 car on me from 60-130...that 335 was also no joke - I think Matt was running 18lbs of boost on race gas +meth.

    Should I feel bad about the results? I really expected my car to fair better against the M3 given my Eurocharged tune is supposed to put me over 500 crank HP.

    My best 1/8 mile was 8 seconds flat at 90 MPH with a 1.95 60".

    Don't feel too bad, I've beaten Jon's C63 by 1 car from 40-145 with less boost and he has an OE tuned C63. It happens. I have an automatic though.

    I've also lost to Jons c63 by 2-3 cars with more boost when it was 80 degrees outside so these cars slow down considerably when the weather is warm. It takes less boost to make the same power when ambient temps and iat are lower. Click here to enlarge

    Yeah, gotta say, I was honestly surprised by the results of ERM's car as well. As for me, I was running 17psi, a 50/50 mix of 93 and 100 octane. Gotta say though, that C63 with some more mods would dispense with us pretty easily, I would imagine.

    Thanks guys...the three of our cars are perfect competition for eachother I feel like each had an advantage from a different speed...yeah headers on that c63 would leave us dead in our tracks lol..anyways on another note after seeing the headlights on the AMG I really need to replace the stock ones with blackout OSS....
