    Cool 8.2sec 60-130mph, pump+meth, full weight - airfield night

Times are getting even faster on the exact same settings tune wise. What changed on this run is I did a no lift shift from 3rd into 4th...i also managed to fix my mr.5 intake hose that I initially ran which was almost pancaked by engine bay heat as it was too heat sensitive...thanks to bahn stormer for helping out with the amazing hose from mcmaster carr...

I had an 8.5sec before this that didn't record properly and it was a NLS at 6500rpm, this one is NLS at about 6700rpm...

Nice and consistent AFR again post shift into 4th, right down to 11...richer than required but I like it that way and its debatable if it really is less power than 12AFR, might be, we'll see...i like the nice and comfy 11AFR though, why change it when its working out great it seems Click here to enlarge

COBB stockish tune (11AFR, stock timing, stock boost)
    JB4 map6 + 50meth add (doesn't hold 20psi though, 12ohm should solve it)
    100% meth
    CM10 + CM7 nozzle
    VMR VB3 19x8.5 rims front 245/30/19
Kosei K1 17x8.5 275/45/17 MT ET DRs rear
    pump 94 gas
    full weight (all seats in)

sick dude, NLS is a big difference for sure! also, the night was probably cooler right? couldn't have hurt! running 100% meth is smart for you man, you don't need a super cooling effect, just consistency and mitigating IAT rise. AFR is great too.

    Congrats!
You have CM10 + CM7 now. Did you move up from dual CM7?

Yea, playing around with nozzle combos but since i'm already at 11:1 AFR and 40-50F ambients really the thing that made the biggest difference here is NLS IMHO..

I guess a race gas 21 psi map will do :-)

19psi on pump is great for a DD map, id add meth to that just for cooling, probably go back down to m5/m7.

but i want a 21psi race map for all out.. and even then, that would only satisfy me for a week or 2 until i $#@! about wanting a 3bar sensor and 25 psi Click here to enlarge

Yeah we both know how fast you get used and that more is wanted (isnt that anyway about everything ? ) i dont think we can run 25 psi on stock pistons and compression though . Rebuilded engine should be done before. I really regret not getting 9cr cp pistons now...

dont be. at the time, and even now, noone knows exactly what will be needed to compensate..

in about 3 months ill be looking to rebuild the motor anyway. so if I had the oppurtunity to try out and see how much PSI we can push on stock pistons, i certainly would

Some ppl asked about 100-200km/hr time on this run (those in Europe) and here it is from the same .DBN (vbox) file:

    7.1 seconds 100-200km/hr:

7.1s is more than enough for this car. Being quicker than SLR is no joke. Having M3 suspension does not help much as M3 is designed for far more modest performance than what this level of engine tuning offers.

Well, being able to do 100-200km/h in 6s or 60-130Mph in 7s would be nice just for being able to do it...

7.1 is a sick time. My best 100-200 i ever did was 7.8 (2 people in car) with JB3 . You are faster than a M3 ESS Stage 3 now...
