    E30 turbo gets owned by a 6.1L magnacharger SRT8,

First time at the drags with my new turbo. I got surprised by this SRT8 on my first hit of the night. Hope you guys enjoy the video.

Vid won't load on my phone within this year. I'm about to get another one. Interested in your time and the SRT8's time, though.

    Nice car, btw.

I did catch the beginning of the vid... 650whp for the Dodge, wow, that's a lot. I know a guy that has a Challenger, built motor and a KB that runs low 10's.

The srt8 was dynoed at 552 whp ~650 to the flywheel. He ran a 7.37 and my best time that night was 7.62.

Edit, this is an 1/8 mile strip.

That was a very very cool video my friend. Well done!

The problem is the Charger has all that torque down low with that blower on it. If you went for a 1/4 mile....

got any mph for those runs? i would think that the dodge is a mid-11 car with a 7.3, maybe faster depending on mph though. im just using my runs as reference with a 1.7 60' and 7.2 1/8 @97mph (11.1 @127mph 1/4)

you had noticable traction issues. im pretty sure you would have come around up top though

Thanks guys, the srt8 was at 96.05 mph and cut a 1.70 60 ft. On my 7.62 sec run I ran a 96.71 mph. So it sound like the srt8 could be about a 11.5 sec 1/4? Even with a good clutch, I would think I would be about a 11.9 sec 1/4.

Thanks for sharing! You don't often see to many newer Mopars trolling the streets with that much power.
