I'm currently in school going for my AA. I'm a manager at a restaurant and find this real easy and something I kinda like to do. Might be looking into opening my own bar/restaurant in a good location. After I graduate school tho. I was going to major in Chemistry to become a dentist/ orthodontist like @Scorpion but wasn't feeling 4 years of community college just to transfer schools for another 4 years. Now i'm undecided but really looking into the restaurant managing business.

This is what has been bothering me lately as well, spending 4 years to get my undergrad and then another 4 years at a dental school. Where I have to spend around 200k-300k, and the next and the next half of my life paying it off. I really want to do something in medical, since it's something I could see myself doing, and it has world wide recognition. This stuff has really been irritating me. To bad they don't allow us to go straight to dental school right after taking a few of the required classes like that have for PharmD. It's stupid how they have the dental program setup :/.

That's also another problem, although the thing about going abroad for dental and coming back you still have to do 2 years of dental school when you get back into the US. Yeah, it's really stupid don't know why they have it set like that. I really was thinking about going back home and doing that, still am thinking about it. Maybe I'll just stay over there then haha...this stuff has been on my mind a lot lately.

You could also go into stuff such as pharmaceutical sales, or some research type jobs with a bio science degree. Probably not what we want to do, but it's some of the other options that we have. Especially these days, almost have to take any job you can get your hands on :/.

Industrial engineer here. why i got it? first my parents care too much about degree, second to work in oil companies i had to have a degree related to the sail manager field.
now of course that degree doesn't really work for me, i have my own career and nobody asks me my degree so i can say studying it for years was a big waste of life.

You drive ridiculous cars in Iran. If Oil is not involved I'm $#@!ing impressed.

Oh, and I want to come visit and meet your sister. I'm not messing around although if Iran captured me that would really be a major victory or something. Man, I'm too drunk.

That wouldn't be my favorite thing to do either, but if worse comes to worse almost any job will do, right? It sucks that I would have to waste an entire year to apply again, really hope this stuff works out :/.
