    But it's going to take a CAN piggyback at least for boost control. I don't see these guys getting it working properly without Shiv, myself, or Lou at CPE.

    Well at this point we don't have any of that info. We're just buttoning up the turbo manifold on it and any guesses on the capabilities of the motor will be just that, a guess. Hard parts come first, then we'll work out the tuning and fueling issues and make any changes on the hard parts if necessary to accomodate.

    I don't really get some of the hate on this manifold. I guess the vast amount of N54 single turbo options forces people to have unrealistically high standards.

    5857? thats a tiny turbo for an I6, they have a starting kit for my cobalt with the 5857 haha. you mean 6765?

    or maybe I'm getting EFR and Precision mixed up hahaha

    Lol for some reason I just love that turbo. My buddy put 2 of them in his GTR and they are the sickest things in the world. Plus they're good for about 550hp each with sick spool up time

    The manifold of Unfor alias ScrotieMcBoogerBalls looked better.The problem has been that right people with real talent haven't been tuning for the hardware upgrades. N54 would be best to leave alone with twins - upgraded or not - and N55 with big single, because staying with the original configuration - N54=twins; N55=single; avoids part of the trouble.
