I know it probably will not solve your problem, but maybe part of it is generated by the power outings of your dash...
Have you tried resetting the service counters? That would probably get rid of the anoying pongs and the red car-on-bridge signal.
You know, key in slot, ignition on, no start engine, press day counter reset 10 sec. and toggle /reset service counters.

Where exactly is day counter reset? I've never done that before.

i believe he means the odometer trip reset. by holding that down for a period of time in ignition on/engine off you get into a command interface. you can reset the service intervals there and such, but i doubt this will solve your dilemma.

It wont solve it im pretty sure, taking it to the stealer tomorrow morning. The car is turning into a monster, lights going on and off at random. I feel like it's skynet.

It's actually a very nice car and I am impressed. It's basically a luxury passat. My wife has a 2009 passat that I drive a lot so I know exactly what is the same in that car and in the CC. The CC has a bigger interior and seats are more comfortable, I also got the one with nav and satellite radio but those can be had with the passat so that variable is ruled out.

The car handles better than the passat by a ton, way less body roll. It has the DSG which shifts faster which is very nice. The passat is the faster car though, same engine 2.0T but the passat delivers more torque for sure (I can feel it). I think the CC is heavier too. It is safe to say the CC 2.0T is not a very fast car, it has pick-up for a DD.

Overall it's a very nice car and competes with something in between a 3 and 5 series with nice amenities and overall feel. I think the 2.8 V6 would be more fun to drive.

    Was the problem fixed?
    What was the problem?

I have a similar problem with my E60

ABS, DSC, hand brake, seat belt and Cruise goes to fault mode.
Only Cruise control failure fault remains active and does not work.
    Re-start to eliminate Cruise fault.

I understand that but I think this is something you will likely have to consult them on.

Eventually the problem was fixed, turns out that water was leaking into my trunk due to a poorly installed water drain tube and it was shorting out all the modules in my trunk. replaced under warranty.
