    Gintani Manifold and Intercooler/Aftercooler

Obviously I have not spent much time with the car.
This is all one piece, except the lid comes off, as you can see, the charge cooler is pretty bulky and thick.

There is a piece in your mani that has fins, the whole piece is very similar to an intercooler, except that there is liquid inside the "intercooler" which pulls the heat from the fins that the air is passing through. The water/coolant that is within this aftercooler is then pumped through another intercooler htat sits behind the front bumper and gets cooled by the oncoming air passing threw its fins.
the big black box in the center, correct?

Now that is a great pic!

We should probably be careful though about derailing a thread regarding the VF kit. Still, that pic highlights everything perfectly, thanks!

No big deal, the more pics the better regarding the design. It will definitely help people as it helped me.

New thread created due to Drew and Sammy posting excellent pics.

Mike, the Gintani Manifold is actually pretty compact when you see it in person.

I totally agree! It's a different thread title now! Feel free to delete it, as this is probably not appropriate here, I apologize!

I meant the aftercooler itself is massive, which is great!

Oh ya, it is pretty damn big. Works extremely well from the reports from the road course we have seen from Sammy and Niterider.

Just wanted to add, there will be another person joining the SoCal Gintani SC crew shortly. Won't go into who, but this person will be running my kit and their car will be a beast.

Hopefully soon I will learn what the hell we are doing with my car LOL.
