No worries Click here to enlarge

Both M3s had VF Superchargers, the hood was left closed due to the debut of Vorsteiner's widebody kit, it was their moment to shine. Looking closely at the pictures - those should be able to spot the heat exchanger in behind the front bumper.

I kind of like it. It kind of reminds me of "The Wraith," an old movie with Charlie Sheen (dweeb). I'm waiting for electricity to start zapping out. It kinda looks heavy, though. I'd like to know how it performs compared to the Gintani, ESS and AA.

It straight up makes the engine bay look tacky. It better look good for the amount being paid. Im sure painted it might look better but it still looks bulky as hell. I don't know how anyone can slap that on their motor and say it looks nice. I think the only people that might like it are the people that really want to show off that their car makes power.

The ESS, G Power, Gintani and AA manifold's look much better then that.

What improvements or changes would you make to arrive at a more appealing finished product? I'm interested to hear your opinions, if feasible - we'll look into making some changes.

The floor is yours gentlemen, let's keep this on a civil level.

Glad you chimed in! For starters, i definitely would want to see it painted or in a production mold type surface. It should look better then but it still seems like it would be too bulky! I dont know about all those grooves but im guessing thats just on test mani b/c of tha machining? That front piece from the mani to the charger also doesn't look that great.

I think there may be an intercooler integrated into the manifold. I don't know the specs so I'm not sure.

Unfortunately, not until the kit is released to the market - with respect to VF.

Tom/EAS would not pop the hood for me when I asked to see the kit at Mfest. Click here to enlarge

Then a few hours later they popped the hood for all to see, thought that was kinda weird, but I'm glad they are making progress on it, regardless of what people say, or some of the unfortunate things that occurred, I loved my E46 M3 VF kit.

Moved the posts here as the SC kit deserves its own topic.

I dont like the way it looks, very bulky. I really like Gintani's sleek manifold.

Gintani's is nice, as is ESS's and AA's. Those three are all similar but the VF kit is cool and different with its CNC machined look. I want to know if there is an intercooler integrated damn it.

If there is an intercooler integrated then it'll be good! ESS and GINTANI for me though and HPF whenever they come on to the E9x M3 scene

I hear ya, HPF won't be on the E9X M3 scene unfortunately.

I personally think it looks like a prototype, and not a final production kit. The Mani is pretty bulky looking, would probably look better if powder coated, but even then I like the competitions manifold much more. The front pipe feeding the mani is extremely bad; looks very ghetto. The blower bracket looks nice. The 6 rib pulleys look weak. Can't really tell how the intake is working, but if the cone is a CAI, then I like that design, but would want to see those pieces out of the car to see their shape.

Of course all this coming from me probably means nothing lol
