yup...lol....CTS-v sedan or coupe......or hell even the wagon....lol.....but in all seriousness....if you dont mind spending a couple extra stacks I can give out my GM supplier discount to 5 people a year if your looking to get a new car....thats goes for vettes too
Wow thanks man, thats a very generous offer thankyouClick here to enlarge
I always poke around on the Kerbeck Vette site to check out their latest offers&they have a few sick deals going on..we actually bought a C5 from them back in 04. A nice all black murdered out C6 has always been appealing to me
As far as 2dr/4dr goes doesnt really matter as this would be a 3rd car that just gets driven for fun/anger lol..we already have a DD&and SUV for family chores&commuting. I would prolly say 2dr though.
I doubt I will ever own another AMG;after owning a new C55,E55,CLS55,E63 I refuse to pay the Mercedes tax on performance parts&also the depreciation(even on pre-owned)is appalling

996 Turbos are really cheap now and they have that insane GT1 block. But the look is kind of dated and the interior is as boring as it gets. Mods aren't cheap either but they are reallllly effective and you can have an awd 10 second car that traps 135+ without losing any drivability.

I already told you but I vote for a C6 Vette, grandsport if possible with removable top this way the wife has the convertible and you have the performance. Plus you can get auto so your wife can drive it. An auto C6 with just bolt ons and good tires will be good for low 11's. Also the C6 handles beautifully and will take the turns no problem. You have unlimited modding potential with those motors. Supercharger, turbo, nitrous...whenever the big bucks come in you can just dump it into the Vette and have a 10 or 9 second monster.

5.0 GT/GT500 pretty much same as above, just different styling and more straight line oriented even though the new Mustangs can eat up the twisties too.

About the 40 year old bald broke hillbilly comment....comon dude you do this $#@! for yourself, not for the ______s walking around the lake and invading your backyard singing hymns haha!!! (inside joke)

I'd say CTS-V, I have heard nothing but good things from every owner I talk to.
Some people live long, meaningful lives.

Other people eat shit and die.

I'm not racist, I hate everybody equally; especially fat people.

I've owned an 09 CTS-V so I have first hand experience with it. It is an AWESOME car. I liked it better than my E60 M5.

I would not own it as a weekend/fun car though since the whole point of the car is that it is a luxurious daily driver that can also be ridiculously fast. I'd rather get a Vette or GT500 for $20,000 cheaper and make it stupid fast and have wreckless fun on the weekends. The CTS-V is very refined and it would almost be a shame to keep it in the garage 5+ days out of the week. It's also a fun car to drive but it is heavy and when you make turns you can hear the body creak a bit (btw I'd recommend NOT getting the large sunroof on the V due to the creaks and groans the car makes). It's like it doesn't want to turn even though it does so flawlessly. It's basically an american E63. Which is awesome, just IMO it's not a weekend car even though it could be depending on who you are, what you value, etc. Rob already had an E63 so I'm not sure if he wants something similiar but just faster...
