Oh, no doubt it would be a hard sell if you are talking about a mass produced kit. I'm thinking more of a one off type of set up. It would require new intake tubes, oil lines, water lines, etc. However, if someone did want to undertake that headache, I think the space is there for something a little bigger. Would it be worth the effort? Eh... Still waiting to see.

good deduction Click here to enlarge if abid himself doesnt post what the change is when it's released, i will.
The only thing that is under control at the moment is my temper. My money is far away and it seems I am financing many turbo upgrades. Abid is still being a coward not contacting me to make payment arrangements and is obviously spinning ppl with stories. Its might be that US$2900 might be make or break for him at the moment but at least postpone payment and communicate.

Waste of exhaust energy AND extra fictional losses from lots of linear feet of piping. Don't believe the claims. A properly designed turbo system will always out-perform something like that.

You can make it work, it just goes against the laws of physics. The rear-mount turbo kits for front-engined cars will always make less power than properly designed system. I've seen it work on a variety of platforms, 300zx (NA cheapo build), C5 Z06, Crown Victoria, it's just laggier than normal and doesn't make as impressive power.

never heard of a running rear mounted turbo car. for awhile there was a rumor about a rear mounted E60 M5, but that was just rumor.

Also a quad turbo SL500 has been in progress since 2000, lol.

I agree its not worth it and i would rather not go that route. I was responding to the comment of people $#@!ing about cutting up their car to fit a large single on the manifold Click here to enlarge.

Yes, that was Vadim, not ASR.

    That project was also aborted.

No you didn't, thought you were mentioning it implying them since ASR was mentioned earlier. If not, I misunderstood.

The rear mount quad turbo SL project never worked out. A lot of people said it would be a disaster (including myself) and... it was.

Yup lol I'm told I'm in the final stage of the machining. Once the company finishes their current project they are supposed to start doing my manifolds and a bunch of other Manifolds since they have change they have to prep the machine for each different project. I know asr has a box full of chars and a wall of actuators ready for shipping.
