This is one of those times where it would be good for N54tuning.com or BMS to chime in.

the VC2 is slightly larger than the CGMS, but i like square as opposed to circular, as i stated before, most mount in glovebox, but i am attemptin something a bit more stealth and closer to view Click here to enlarge

Get a snows methanol kit. They are pretty well known about. Check out formerboostedIS review of the kit(e90post). I have one and I'm getting it installed this next weekend.

If you know basic electric stuff, you can install the kit yourself. Save the money.

Should only take a couple hours if you know what your doing. Other wise it could take a good day if you dont have everything planned out before you start.

ill be going down to Texas where terrance will be helping me put it on, since he does a lot of meth installs for people around the midwest, i guess he really knows his stuff.

This was I can watch him, maybe give him a hand, and in the mean time also get some methanol install experience. Click here to enlarge

Id stay away from the coolingmist kits. Many have read the troubles members have with that kit. Anything from hose, to nozzles, to air in the lines. Its just a pita. Google devils own and give Chance a call, it is better and cheaper the the coolingmist kit imo. I've had both btw and things that broke on my CM kit
Pump took a dump (cm says its rare and mine might have been turned up too much) bs on the turned up part
Line cracked multiple times: CM has since then replaced the line with something stronger
Check valve placement is horrible: CM disagrees lol
Nozzles sometimes unscrew them selves and get stuck in the the pipe: cm will tell you they are the greatest
Boost switch is cheap and a pita to adjust as it is not labeled.
Tank design is flawed and sucks in air: CM invented a ghetto hose solution which is just that, ghetto and doesnt always work as hose floats lol
IF you call him hes going to try and get you to buy the gauge he posts about everytime he posts. In the end if you go wtih a CM kit, you will be out 500 dollars and have issues. Chose wisely.

    Laloosh makes a good point.
The Devils Own kit is great. Just my opinion. Much cheaper and the Chance is nice.
If you do run Cooling Mist, go get it installed properly and get new lines that are a bit stronger. maybe even pay the extra $200 to run stainless lines.

Our basic kit is $15 less than the DO basic kit. In addition, our hose and fittings are better, pumps are similar. Our new hose that we came out with last fall is the strongest host on the market (with the exception of teflon/stainless). Nothing at all wrong with the DO hose, but you will see a difference with ours.

while we had issues with our hose, we replaced the hose with a better, stronger hose and problems are gone. Our checkvalve is placed anywhere the customer wants, its not placed in any one spot. You can put it by the nozzle or in the back. If the pickup tube in the trunkmount tank is installed correct you will not get air in the line and the pickup tube does not float in the water.

At the end of the day, its up to what the customer wants.
