I'm looking at this really hard. I think I'll be adding this:
    http://www.alcohol-injection.com/en/water-injection-parts/274-filtered-self-sealing-tank-tap.html

to the bottom of my windshield washer tank and this:
    http://www.alcohol-injection.com/en/water-injection-parts/271-nozzle-mounting-adapter.html
to mount the nozzle into the factory rubber elbow. I wish these parts were available when I ran methanol in my GTI, it looks like it can help in making a really clean install.

Doing a direct tap is good but there are trade-offs. One is that you can't purge the system as easily. With the WW kit tap you just hit the wipers @ WOT to purge any air out. Air pockets will develop as the pump heats up and any meth sitting in it boils, etc.

I'm not following you here.... How is the tubing attached to the windshield wiper pump, I mean how does this purging work? Does your kit tap off the wiper pump and return into the cap? this seems interesting....
