    I did not stroke my motor to expect big hp gains. i stroked like Stickey says, to increase the torque and drivability. I let my V-7 take care of the hp thingy.

    Well, it certainly isn't easy.

    The tune clearly plays a big role and is part of the reason we haven't seen very impressive numbers. There is definitely room for improvement on the numbers thus far. Is it as difficult as some make it appear? Hmm, best way to put it is that it is definitely more complicated than the stock motor but the top tuners that do the stock motor certainly are capable of the stroker.
    i have to agree that not many tuners are capable of tuning the ecu to maximise a stroker's potential.

    RDsport did the ecu tune, but my vanos gears are not being properly calibrated and the motor is running an erratic cam timing, that why it kept triggering a "service engine soon" warning light.

    Why stroke the S65 though?

    I understand why you did it with the S85 as you have limited options but forced induction on the S65 will crush any stroker options for the S65 or S85 for that matter.

    Unless your goal is simply to keep it NA and more in line with what BMW does which I definitely respect.

    Which s/c kit do you recommend? I'm not familiar with force induction. The only reason why i would favor g-power is due to my shop has experience installing it. Btw, i'm located in Indonesia, and we have very limited shops that are qualified for the install.

    Since you are in Indonesia you may be limited simply due to your location. I would recommend waiting for the ESS kit before ever going with G-power especially considering how much money you would save.
