What would an E70 X5 based pick pickup truck look like? Like this.

Theophiluschin rendered his take on an X5 pickup truck. BMW pickup trucks have been in a the news a bit after BMW pulled their April Fools joke with the M3 pickup. The X5 makes a lot more sense for a pickup and the renderer did a good job although we think the 4 door variant doesn't look as good as a two door sport truck would which we have attached a rendering of. Maybe a BMW pickup truck wouldn't be such a bad idea?

Never. BMW won't make a pickup, it's like saying BMW is going to build FWD cars, I'm sure it won't happen Click here to enlarge

They will never make it but I would rather have this than a 5 GT.

My eyes, my poor eyes... I could never see that as a reality... and if they do, I'm getting rid of my E70 and getting a Benz or Porche

Kind of reminds me of a ridgeline in that sense. A 2 door would make more sense if a BMW pickup truck makes any sense at all.

Why a tragedy? Mercedes makes all kinds of trucks.
