I can't watch the video since I don't have speakers at work
Why in the world would anyone want to give up their right to free speech? All the signs point that we are moving closer and closer to a world like that in the movie Idiocracy.

They are busy thinking about sports, music, the fake news about popular people, and what their professors want them to believe.

So true, our education system is slowly becoming more about bashing political parties rather than teaching actual history.

What did you learn today, Jimmy?
Jimmy: I learned that (insert political party) are the evil and are destroying America.
    Who told you that?
Jimmy: My professor... Oh wait and Al Gore created the internet.

no, they dont. i just got in an argument with a dumb kind.. says why do states laws differ yada yada on tinted windows, of all things. he says he wants a federal law yada yada. I told him thats stupid, states are supposed to be soverign and federal is not supposed to tell what states do, its the opposite. he sais i need a history lesson because federal cuts funding to states, so that means federal is more powerful.. i told him you just proved my point, fed is not supposed to, but uses $ to pressure states..

man kids are dumb, but so are old people, so i dont get it. is our generation the only smart ones?

It seems so. They have been planning the dumbing down of the education system for years, and it seems to be that they have reached their goal. Which is to make a people of brainless zombies who will listen to pretty much anything a teacher, media, or person in high office will tell them.

Start with something simple, ask people what their state capital is. My bet is that you'll get between 40-50% correct answers, which is sad, really sad.
