    he really ran 8.22 in the 1/4th? damn... what kind of custom engine is that, massive turbo, and what looks like a transverse 4? or a straight 6? oh wait look at the thread title, duh, but if its a rotary, why use it on a bmw? lol why give yourself the heart ache of transfering everything? or is it so custom, that the shell doesnt matter? pretty nice find, i'd be interested to find out the details via hp/weight ratio and what not.

    Well I'm really not sure why he's using the chassis as oppose to any other chassis - it has only one purpose...strictly track, and clearly it isn't using an S54 Click here to enlarge

    I know what you mean, you would think they would use a RX3 or 7 shell. Maybe they just had a BMW laying around haha.

    4 rotors are crazy even NA, this proves you don't need pistons to have a monster. I've seen a 2rotor turbo (1.3 liter) run in the 7's!
