That's what I'm saying, GT-R would smoke that M3 from a dig but that run was from a roll. M3 SHOULD have won, unless driver miss shifted or something like that.

no, what im saying is- are GT-R's known for having or not having a strong topend? a faster car is a faster car.

Depends what your definition of a strong top end is...

I've put out an open challenge to supercharged M3's before asking for top end pulls. After I pulled M33's ESS M3 top end I wanted to back up the results with another s/c M3 race but I haven't had anyone to run to show the GT-R's top end.

IMO the GT-R top end is pretty weak compared to it's low end pull. But the car is also geared only to mid 190's and the DCT advantage starts to fade once you get into 5th gear and 6th obviously.

It's not a drag strip. The driver may not have been powershifting through redline. Thats all it would take to have the GT-R pull just enough to gain.

not sure, Should ask ItalianStallion. But i don't think it's top end is as good as it's great low end.

That would be great. Will you run top end (180+) if I find us a good stretch of road in Mexico?

Who can forget the uproar on MBworld when a full Kleeman E55 got spanked by a stock M6.
It sounds crazy but sometimes it seems like the GTboard vids are rigged...
Moscow Unlimited is legit though. US drag strips are legit. Texas Mile is legit. GTboard....???

I have no license out there in Mexico so trust me, it needs to be very safe lol. I might even have someone else drive my car since it's automatic jail for me...and jail in Mexico and an impounded car south of the border is no fun!

    Exactly.

I had some good runs with launch model GTR's when I had bolt on's on the M3.

They are rigged at times. Gustav controls all video that gets out and anything that undermines him is removed. He also uses modded M's at times to run against stock AMG's... not fair.

Even super weak setups on M3's should be capable of 120+.
