Well there aren't many vendors doing S62 superchargers.

What are the 700 whp numbers from? Obviously the built motor stage but with what specs, fuel, blower, etc.?

You show one RSKIII graph that is 537 whp and then another graph that is 700 so just trying to understand why the big difference

    RK + S3 or III

With that said, our stage 1 puts out around 460-470whp consistently. Unlike many others we have no sandbagged any numbers. Those are real world numbers, on real cars we are using. The stage 1 kit which is just bolt on with no charge cooling yields 525BHP.

The stage 2 gets bumped up another 75-100BHP, that is where the 535whp number comes from. That is about the most one can safely obtain with an S62 that has not had engine work done. Our testing shows consistant 9psi for that setup, which IAT temps a mere 25 degrees over ambient, vs the 60-70+ plus you see with no charge cooling at stage 1 level. Keep in mind the only difference between S2 and S1 is an intercooler, pulley, and tune.

The 700whp number is obtained with a full build. That consists of forged engine, custom heads, headers, T-trim, our custom fuel system, methanol, oil cooler, and a few other little things here and there.

The car below was shipped to me from LA to TX by the owner. It used to be a discovery automotive car and the owner felt it never ran right. You could argue there isnt anything "discovery" left about it other then a few cosmetic things. Nearly everything was replaced or redone.

These are impressive numbers, no doubt.

Why not a bigger blower than the T-trim?

The car already had a T-trim on it when i got it.

We plan on changing over to a V7-YSI when im done testing on my car. The V7 has a 4" inlet, 3" outlet, which means the intake and discharge have to be redone. The aftercooler on that car already runs well beyond its efficiency, with all the plumbing going on, its going to be a pita to install an intercooler. We plan on doing it in the near future, but for now the owner is fine with 700whp. The car is setup for ethanol if desired, but im not sure how available it is. Our only restriction now is octane and blower, both of which are easily addressed if so desired.

Evolve is a great tuning choice.

An actual "shop" where you can drop your car off, no. But a legitimate company, yes. The shop will happen in 2 years when i finish my aerospace degree.

how the hell you going to fit a ysi in there!?

in what way is the traction control remapped?

i remember this car back in the day on DAs website. think they crank out two of these s62s but never saw any footage of them ripping up the streets

The YSI will drop right into the bracket if desired. I designed it so the option of upgrading to a YSI was there without having to tinker too much. The only modifications necessary would be a larger intake because the YSI has a 4" intake, while the T-trim has a 3.75".

Traction control was remapped in the sense that it now does not cause the car to fall on its face the moment you lose traction. It lets you break traction loose left and right, but it keeps the car under control and going the direction you want. While at the same time the car is putting down as much power as it can, you could almost call it a launch control.

jesus christ... thats gonna be a monster with the ysi.

i wish i had the moeny to get a 10.0.1 s62 built for turbo.
i see alot of hard earned ducats poured in that lemans! ...i knew the built s62 couldn't be that frail and that it had something to do with who was tuning them.
keep us posted when the big blower drops in!

hey ...we need close up shots of all the RK cnc'd stuff please
