    Europe and Meth

Question for the guys in Europe. I live in Germany right now and plan on running meth. How are you guys getting it? I've looked at the windshield washer fluid meth content, and other avenues, but have no idea what kind of place too look. I'll be honest, this area of Bayern doesn't really seem to have a strong car culture. I could be wrong though.

Any ideas would be great. Thanks.

In Sweden we can buy methanol for about 3 EUR per liter at shops for model aircraft. We can also buy denatured alcohol at petrol stations and other places. Perhaps you can do the same in Germany?

Denatured alcohol from a home improvement store (paint store) works great. Also if you're in a pinch rubbing alcohol also works.

Yes but for normal driving it doesn't matter since the meth consumption then is relatively low. I only use a couple of liters per week for this type of driving. The meth consumption is of course MUCH higher in a race but the total time for these activities is not very long either. When I drove about 900 km's as fast as I could trough Germany the last time on the Autobahn the consumption was about 6 liters (1.5 gallon), this is not very much and it was worth every drip. There are also slow-traffic-situations on the Autobahn and restricted speed at a lot of places, which helped to keep the meth consumption reasonable.

6 liters... Did you have a refiller bottle with you or do you have a large tank?

It is the windshield washer tank, which hold 6.5L. I also have a refill tank in the trunk, which is used when the WW-tank low-on-fluid is indicated on dash.

Thanks guys. I'll do the denatured thing for now, I don't know of any model shops that are close to where I live. Step 2 is getting a kit.
