BMS Arc Angels & BMS 15mm Spacers (pics)

Got another package yesterday from Mike@N54Tuning-- this time, some 15mm spacers, BMS Dual Cone and I thought I'd try the Arc Angels since they are so cheap.

I'm quite impressed with the angels -- the photos don't do them justice. They look really clean. The install is a bit fiddly, since the slots appear to be designed for kids hands Click here to enlarge

And a night shot of the finished product .. joy is white light!

The spacers improve the look! I had a bit of a disaster in that my hydraulic jack decided it wasn't going to let down my car for the second wheel.. but I managed to persuade it eventually. I did a quick road test, and it feels good mostly ... will test some more tomorrow.

I ran out of time for the DCI .. I was detailing my car until about 8:30 .. then I did the angels, then the spacers .. took it for a road test, and then decided I've done enough for one day Click here to enlarge

The DCI will go in tomorrow morning -- hopefully will work well with my JB4! .. Still deciding on meth kits, and install options. That'll do for this month!

Highly recommend Mike@N54Tuning .. I've made several orders now, and every time the package arrives super quick! Thanks!

Put the DCI in this morning .. nice & easy.

Got a half engine light on my road test though, so I've posted a thread on N54tech for help.. it went away within a few seconds and car drove normally after.

The sound is great though .. like my old Saab Click here to enlarge

Iphone pic isn't the best but it's easy to see the DCI in there. Let us know how you like it!

I'm sure I'd be loving it .. but it appears my HPFP is dying again .. that's what is causing my limp mode (29F2).

Now I'm going to have to rip it back out .. and my tune .. and go to the dealer. Not a good day Click here to enlarge I only had the pump replaced 4 weeks ago, and it's the 'recall' pump. Grrr.

Can u tell the arc angel light bulbs make a difference while driving? I really want them because my stock bulbs are almost yellow now.

I wanted to film the car 'approaching' today, but ran out of time. As for the perception behind the wheel .. no idea .. I always drive with the bi-xenons on at night ..

Cheap mod, but improves look by 10 times. Cornering feels sharper, too.

Looks awesome man. Spacers make the car look so much more aggressive. I was on the ropes about the Arc Angel AE, but now I'm gonna have to get them when I order my spacers.

Car is in the dealership today .. yesterday, they told me there were no loaners until end of June .. but last night I had to go to the dealership to help my wife take delivery of her new Mini Countryman .. and my salesman sorted me out with a Mini Cooper S loaner Click here to enlarge

Driving it this morning .. it is much cooler than I could have ever imagined! It has definitely got fire in it's belly, and is super stable. I'll have to steal my wife's car when I have a go-kart moment Click here to enlarge

They've made my 335i a priority to fix, so I should get it back today. Kicking up a fuss goes a long way in this world.. ha ha
