Plugs Changed at 45k, Looking for Input

As the title says, the plugs have 45k on them with about 10k tuned. They look decent to me, but I'm no expert so please chime in.

That's about what my plugs looked like after 52k miles, 2k of which were tuned. On the other hand, I just changed them again at 58k and they looked about the same also. I'm running a lot more boost than I was before, 18.5psi, and I have pushed my car quite a bit more. Yours look to have a little more oil on them than mine did though

They look well worn but normal for the mileage. No obvious signs of distress (metal flakes, melting, bent electrodes, etc).

Thanks for the input. I think I'm going to shoot for 25-30k as the next interval

What kind of boost are you running and what other mods do you have? The heat of more boost stresses the plugs out faster but it all depends on how much boost you implement and how you drive your car. I'll be changing my plugs in 5k-10k intervals from now on I think.

I am 'not' running AMS exhaust, AR dp's, AMS intercooler, DCI's, and the Procede with other odds and ends. 15psi until I get my meth installed. In terms of driving I do a little bit of everything, but the car is definitely my spirited daily driver.

You might pull a plug or 2 at 10k-15k miles to see what they look like in that case. I didn't have any issues that caused me to change them the second time but I was curious and didn't like what I saw when I pulled them. As long as you do the work yourself then the cost of changing your plugs shuld be around $50 which is nothing in the grand scheme of things. $50+ or - every couple/few months is worth the piece of mind if you ask me.
