    N54 FuelPump Dyno Testing-RB Turbos/JB4/Boost-A-Pump

Spent some time on the dyno today testing an off the shelf
boost-a-pump system. Results were promising in that it helped reduce
the low fuel pressure drop off but unfortunately the car is still fuel
limited to around 510whp. Must be something else holding it back,
either the primary pump, low fuel pressure itself, etc. The next step
will probably be trying to do something with the low pressure
regulator to get rid of the oscillation that has always been present
there under higher than stock fuel pressures.

The good news is the car made a new best of 512rw (500 SAE), perfect
    timing, and good consistency.

Collected lots of good data from the testing. A BAP or fuel pump alone isn't going to get us where we need to be but did extend the power range slightly.

Gonna have to wait for that fuel system that was created from Unfor's car. BTW, nice numbers man, that car is a beast. LM are you gonna be running these settings at the track tomorrow?

Lots of meth + race gas. Boost is basically TMAP limited at peak. We could make more boost at 6500-7000rpm but didn't make sense at this juncture.

if you guys notice, this is an accurate dyno, my baselines on this dyno are all with RB's/FBO and racefuel. so take that into account and you'll see the delta, which i dont believe anyone has matched on turbo only Click here to enlarge

Was the 11.1 run with the boost-a-pump installed? Do you think this helped at all in the quarter mile, even though it didn't seem to do too much on the dyno? -Thanks!

How much did it extend it? I thought you were saying in theory 600+ whp could be supported?
