Good. I was going to say that is ridiculous as I had to wait until I was 16.

    My first BMW was a E32 740iA 1993/1994 model...

I was 16yr at that time, and sold it to get a Nissan Sunny GTi....

After that i got a BMW E30 325e, and got bored with that very quickly (E30's are POS IMO) and got a E39 523i...

I consider my E39 523i my actual first BMW, as i only drove the E32 740i on one occasion and my E30 was always broken so it got little use aswell...

2000 E46 323i was my first BMW, and First car. I miss it dearly. I held the Drag times record for N/A automatics (15.3@90 still might have it, idk). Had tons of memories in that car and wish I would have kept it and done something crazy with it. 20 now, and just picked up a my second BMW, a 2008 335i.

It just depends really, forums aren't reality and tend to represent younger groups.

I agree but our local car scene has euro cars being driven by alot of younger kids. Im talking about kids under 20. It also could be I just run into the younger croud alot at shows and meets but the euro cars out here in the south are being repped by a younger croud which is great.

Same in my area. I see guys younger than me with 996 turbos, E92 M3's, and other higher caliber cars. Pretty crazy. Where are you located?

Nice that younger guys are out there in the cars I just think by the nature of car shows and how people are informed about them that information almost always tends to go to younger people using the internet for their info.

I agree they can make better decisions on the quality or needs they have for a car based on information from the internet.

I live just outside of memphis. Its pretty much muscle cars out here, the import scene has more of a asian manufacturer flavor to it. I have seen 5 m3's since i got mine in 08, only one modded in any way. More modded GTR's then BMW M's, Audi S's, 911's, or Ferrari or Lamborghini. There are nice cars here but because of the not so fun streets in memphis and the loungers on the streets lol, i think alot of the nice cars are very rare to be seen just driving randomly on the road. Usually see them at local shows, meets or events.

My first and current BMW is an E30 at the age of 22 and I love it. I got a great deal on it and is in beautiful shape cosmetically. The engine needs a little work but it still runs great. Eventually I want to have some mods done to it.

My dad bought me a brand new e36 325is as an early college graduation giftClick here to enlarge
(I graduated Magna Cum Laude and worked for the family biz every summer since I can remember, now I own the biz)

The car was TiAg w/ black leather, sprt pkg--I loved the rims it came with.
I've owned 4 BMWs since, but they're mostly family haulers now that my wife and kids ruin.

I got my first BMW when I was 18, it was a 1996 e36 328i, used with 19k miles on it, loved that car. I had some mild mods, wheels, drop, exhaust/intake...sold it at 100k miles. I only had one problem with it and that was a failed water pump.

    Now I'm 30 and I have my second BMW, a 07 335

I want a m badly but I'm waiting for the F30, I am addicted to boost after this 335
