Too easy to install, but is it worth any power?

Honestly, I haven't seen any dynos, so I do not know.

The filter definitely is less restrictive.

    Probably 2rwhp!

Honestly, with the s54, there is no NA mod that is worth it (minus headers and cat delete). If you want more power out of a s54, just save up and go FI or leave it stock.

You can crack the 300 wheel range with bolt on's which is not bad at all. You won't pick up huge power, but people should know that with bolt on's on NA M motors.

Most of those gains are from headers and cat mods...

Definitely agree... those mods are worthwhile Click here to enlarge 25-30 whp gains are impressive NA. Definitely not big power... but impressive for a motor like the S54.

Actually, about 10hp up top. It's one of the few intake-related mods that actually contribute to gains on the S54.

Even if it doesn't increase power significantly, it certainly does improve mpg (under regular driving circumstances) and adds a bit more growl, which is always fun!
