WeŽve been asked if we could manage to do some instructional videos and we decided it would help many to do so :)
Leave that charger on its own and do something more usable like a little turbo mod. Its not the easiest way on a XI, but i bet its much easier as integrating a huge M90.

M54: Thank you :)
Thank you :)
Good chager choice, supporting around 500hp at that boost level :)
I personally will use the BMW N55 twinscroll charger which i already modified. Alex is using a GT35 and iŽd recommend a Mitsubishi TD05H-16G, they are small, cheap, power up to 350hp at ~9psi and...
A group of half a dozen bmw enthusiasts working on the MS43 disassembly to understand what its doing and how it can be tweaked. Member Alex is currently at 550whp with his MS43.
Good choice, if he fails, contact me and iŽll gladly introduce you into our development group ;)

For easier handling, use this link as it will direct you to the MS43 folder where i can upload updated version without the hassle of reposting links.
Maybe a mod could edit the first post?

is there still someone interested in this topic? I know there will be a live tuning solution in a few weeks and we already have a Damos file for MS45. ShouldnŽt be to difficult to...

So you want to earn money with it or is it just for your hobby?
05-31-2013, 09:26 AM
Nope, you need something like Galetto or kwp2000+ to write the 64kB file.

Software or hardware-wise? Software, no clue. they changed thousands of bits!
Hardware can be found, if theres interest.

WouldnŽt it be clever to get some more people to "help" you? so wouldnŽt it be also clever to tell what you are doing? just my opinion

I would like to try different TCC activation and maybe raise the forced shift rpm in manual mode, like ESS or Dinan does.
I bought the Alpina TCU yesterday and once i can drive iŽll take her for...
As i may have the possibility to buy a used Alpina B3 TCU, i would like to do something good for the community and upload the readout (if its working flawless at my car), so that anyone with a...

So you are able to recalculate the checksumms?
05-25-2013, 07:33 AM
let me get this right: you want to modify an engine which uses MS45(.0 or .1?) and so you want to be able to change its mapping?
if so, get yourself winols and the correct damos file.
