I have an 08 135i, my GF has an 07 335i. From experience i can tell you, both feel much different even though they are stock. It's weird but very few identical cars that i have driven back to back...

That's the beauty of the b12...I had all the symptoms of fuel injector issues and decided to try an aggressive fuel system cleaner which actually worked. Maybe its a short term fix but Iwent from...

just a quick follow up-
if you have been having what you believe to be injector related cold start issues go buy 2 cans of b12 now
it worked great after about a hundred miles of driving, then...

All i can say is that at the end of the day, while a 2jz is proven hp and reliability the LS series motors offer both with greater efficiency, all while biasing the weight towards the rear of the...

I'm going against the grain and saying i hate 2jz's. I don't like anything from Japan in general. At the end of the day yeah it can make power. Its a heavy, primative , iron block 6 cylinder with a...
Car came with the dinan stuff so i was limited by lack of compatibility (cobb wont read the dinan tune as a backup and JB4 only controls boost on the map that is designed to stack) and cheapness
It had the facelift with the new style front bumper so it must have been 10-12 (not sure exactly when they did the revision)
I dont know if it was pdk

Adams buttery wax did NOT hold up well over the optimum. I'm thinking that the more natural "plant oil" based carnauba waxes may adhere better. Not sure if some of theliquids use emulsifiers that...
Thanks, it was exciting to say the least. At the end of the day he's driving home in the better car, but I know he's going to be scratching his head wondering how he couldn't take down a lowly 135i
Was just headed home when a Porsche flew up on me. I quickly downshifted and cut him off from passing like an a hole figuring he would go back after me once it opened up again. Waited a few min and...

The techron is good and recommended by BMW. I always found it to be an effective preventative maintenance in other cars but I don't think it is as aggressive as b12. B12 contains acetone and is...

The zymol seemed to adhere pretty well so i'd imagine anything similar (pinnacle, dod juice etc) would be ok. I just applied the opticoat, wiped it down, waited overnight and rinsed the car again and...

^Oh hai Chris!
My car has been running like crap in the morning so i just went and checked my vin for the injector recall campaign and i think i figured out why it feels so much faster
So i have an 08 135i, has 74k typical oily residue in inlet tubes, no big deal
Purchased 07 335i 41k, just installed DCI's yesterday and there was a decent amount of chalky whitish tan residue in...

No, i took the JB+ off so one car is using that now and the other is on the dinan flash only now. The car with the dinan flash, which according to most people is pretty weak, kicks much harder right...

Let me preface this by saying that i bought my 135i last year with a dinan tune, afe intake, and dinan rear section so i haven't driven a stock n54 car in a long long time (like 2008)
