From what I've heard it's just a matter of trial and error. Very tough to get an airport to agree to this though.

Well looks like they only have 33 slots left now. If you click the link up top to their Facebook page you will see all the additional cars that have registered. Several are truly awesome!

They always provide rain check dates. They just recently updated their refund policy because some people were getting confused :)
