When is senses wheel slip, it reduces power by cutting 100% of fuel on alternating injectors. Seems like it only works with traditional injectors to me.
More from the website:
DOES IT FIT?
I doubt it would work with the direct injection on our cars.

This is very true.
You would think a company owner would know to at least properly break in his clutch type LSD too. LMAO, what a joke.

I'm not 100% sure, but I remember there was a reason why the DCT crowd had to wait for a DCT LSD, and didn't just run the MT 3.08

That's disappointing it's hard to hear w/ the det cans. As for lowering boost enough to reduce the knock, that would also greatly reduce power. Phantom knock tends to rear it's head as power...

Someone with the issue simply needs to listen with det cans next time they are tuning on the dyno. It is very common for cars to have "phantom knock" when reaching higher power levels, and tweaking...

I meant in a flashable DME table. Adjusting flow rate per inpa is a very hacky way to go about it.
Terry's single turbo manifold does not have the short runners w/ #2 and #5, yet still has...

Terry, can you listen with det cans the next time your car is on the dyno and determine if this is real or phantom knock?

Don't hit your head off the wall, there are plenty of third party systems out there that can accomplish this :)
You only really need EGT per cyl anyway, that gives you enough data.
Once you do...

Nice review. However, you are supposed to properly break in a clutch-type LSD.

A detuned S55 would make this car so much more appetizing than a tuned N55. Fingers crossed :)

Awesome. My clutch is starting to slip in 5th now, so it's on its way out. I'd gladly be a tester for the twin disc like I did for the 3.46 pumpkin :)

What's done on the turbine side? 9-blade? =)

I would guess no, and that load is properly scaled to account for this the right way.

I'd still like to see some multi-gear pull logs either on the street or at the track to show things like transient response, timing recovery on the 6MT, spool under load, boost recovery, etc.
Very interesting. Most people seem to report the "bog" with NLS or when shifting extremely fast. Is the JB4 implementation of NLS any better or worse than the wotbox? I'd like to get one or the...
Glad to hear it's not really affecting you. Do you have any logs of the 2-3 or 3-4 with NLTS? It's more prevalent in those scenarios.
This. Any dynos of a single turbo MT car that isn't just a single gear pull??
I think they are both running. The 6465 is on Ando's car.
I think it really depends on setup, tires, and driver ability more than anything. The 3.46 should be quicker until the car is trapping higher than 135ish MPH, requiring a shift into 5th with the...

Good to know. I'm not in need immediately, but I will grab a set while the car is garaged over winter and freshen up in the spring. Let me know if there's any identification to distinguish the new...
I have actually. Same FBO setup on my 135i, 93oct tune, similar ambient temps (although DA may have been a bit different.)
with the 3.08, I was running 12.5 - 12.6 @ 113-114mph
with the 3.46, I...

If you order new coils, do they automatically send you these delphi ones? Or is there a certain part # I should be looking for?
There's no need to stick with the 3.08 unless you plan on doing top speed runs or 1 mile events. The 3.46 is geared better for 60-130mph w/ the 6MT and offers better acceleration for drag racing. ...
I disagree. I switched to the 3.46 and love it. The torque difference through the gears is very noticeable. I do have a second car though, so my 135i isn't really a DD. The highway mpg does...
