doh! I think 16 is as small as I can go, but unfortunately the winter tyre package BMW supplied me with had 16s so would like to get them off the steel rims and onto some alloys :D

It requires a new Air Conditioning Condensor unit, which is an entire dashboard out job. BMW will cover it under warrenty but I've heard horror stories of £2K + for doing it if your out of warrenty!!
