^^^I gotcha, but a slightly longer window or slower throttle close rate would add some benefit for consistent, powerful shifts.

Another type of bog is just normal throttle closure... the shift timing has to be good to keep throttle open in my experience. And DME keeps throttle open longer at higher rpm, so short-ish shift...

It's been awhile, but AFAIK req torque is just pedal/plate relationship. This won't effect plate staying open longer for a shift, which stock it is tuned to delay close but need just a little more....

It is tuning, but a table that's needed is throttle plate position relative clutch/pedal/rpm... FIND IT! jk, not really.
The "bog" can be multiple things, but throttle plate was the biggest...

Initially I understood the checksum was bin file confirmation basically... separate from the downloadable bin and allows read/write. Now the additional checksums, I'm curious if they are part of the...

Can someone explain the difference in flashers pertaining to tuning. I am gathering that "checksum" is needed to increase torque levels... how does this differentiate flashers if you're just DL a bin...

From what I've skimmed seems the MHD unit is another option with logging capability and ability to lock maps? As long as any xdf expansion is released publicly it will be a win for everyone.

Cool, peeps doing work on the bin. Not sure if I would be any use, since I'm not a puter person.

Very nice results. Curious what you'd gain with a good cyl5, which seems to keep you globally conservative also.
Have you checked part throttle, cruise logs to see if similar activity? This may...

Ok back to PID… this is all fine and dandy… DZ is making it look like he actually tunes PID intricately understanding the cause and effect of each variable. Even Cobb didn’t do much with PID… they...

Tables are easy to find, but needs someone that understands how to link/define them. What's defined is <10%. A good start would be linking DME pins to the hex probably. This is getting way over my...

I doubt this is the reason... this platform started as on/off switch tuning and drivability still suffers with many of the tunes out there. Plus considering the avenues to get past MAP, rescale would...
