Thanks! Full boost is about 4k RPM. After long tuning like drive stock ECU. It was hard to do but finally I have no CEL and Limp mode. My 720cc injectors are not the best quality but idle is pretty...

No... Just ordered Raceware head studs. Next will be Cometic .120" MLS head gasket and Turbosmarts 38mm external wastegate. SPA Turbo manifold the way to go.

I'm thinking about M54 block with M52B28 internals to go. I will have ideal cubic engine with 84mm piston stroke = 84mm cylinder hole.
Some calculations, M52 and M54 block height are 211mm:

May somebody know how much power (and boost) can handle M54B25 with stock internals and VAC steel head gasket for 8.5 CR + raceware studs?
Also I'm thinking about B30 crankshaft, rods...
