Thats weird....I had the same issue when I was checking OBD readiness before a smog couple weeks back....Everything worked up to the point of the when I pressed F4 to see all the readiness checks.......

I have the same problem as of recently...When the car is cold I have what seems to be the belt making a little bit of noise that sounds similar to the rotations of the belt...Cant confirm if it...
