We received a set of 11mm head studs from raceware and I was very impressed with the quality of the studs compared to other brands. If you're going to install a main stud kit, use this one for sure
Stock engine with 60k miles. Found chunks of rings and pistons in the headers. :o

You may use a V3 blower if you wish. For your power goal I would recommend the V2-Ti trim blower. We have 3 E36 M3's and 2 E39 M5's running that same blower with excellent results.
You may use the...
We have one in for a similar issue. Ours has 3 holes in the block and 2 pistons completely gone. Stock car with 60k miles.

These are the best images I could find. I'm shooting the car again some time next week for our new website and I'll be sure to not forget about this thread. ;)
As you can in this image,...
We have not done any testing with these headers on an NA car because they were not designed for it. We have sold a few sets to guys that were NA but I don't have any data from them. I do agree that 1...

That's a great looking piece. Exactly the way I would have done it.
Ill post some pics of Jim's engine bay as soon as I button her up. Ran into a few fuel rail issues today but I should have her ready tomorrow.

Can we see a pic of the valve installed?
Someone never learned stop drop and roll. lol
Next thing I would check for is a short between the output from the tps and a 12v source.

Absolutely on a Saturday. Might need a volunteer to man the grill. I have 3 laptops here also. No BT cables though.

We'll eventually need to make a decision on how many cars we will actually be able to flash/read during the time we will have.
Sounds like a plan. Let's get a thread started.
What's a get together without a BBQ? Let me see what I can put together. I'll keep you guys posted.
Can you get a group of guys together so we can do a group read? Maybe 5 or so cars in a day depending on how long the reads take. I'd be happy to lend some time on a Saturday.
What kind of files do you need?
This was my initial though. Not somewhere to necessarily work on the issues but somewhere to compile all the known issues for your team to reference.

The reason I ask is those numbers don't exactly match what I'm used to seeing. I suspect there might be some belt slipping based on the above data. For reference, we see 10 psi with a 6" crank and a...
We like to keep our batteries at 13-14v when programming at all times. It's a general programming rule of thumb.

It's a bit difficult to give you a definitive answer on what your max boost will be but I'll give you a few tips.
You are always better off increasing your crank pulley size if you can. Especially...

This is on an S54? Stock engine, stock headers? What pulleys are you running now and what is your max boost?
Also, where did you get the above data?
