In AU it's standard to get custom tunes, only the euro scene loves their flash tunes. The better JDM tuners will also tunes euros.

The only thing the 135i has over my car is the N54 where I have modified everything else already. N54 would be in the car with RB turbos if I DIY, <10k....

ESS = not looking good
VF = Worked on a one off Z4 in 2010 which put down ~100whp over stock
It's more cost effective for me to put an N54 in my car than to go to a cheap 135i or 335i, but...

Sounds like this kit was a $#@! up- public beta without revealing it was a beta.
VF Engineering might be more promising...
