I agree but steering is the most important to me, and the MDM programming is also impossible to get aftermarket as well . Also it's tough to get a set of wheels, a cat back exhaust , coilovers , sway...

S63/S63TU: The question should be does it make it a...
The question should be does it make it a significantly more fun car to drive. The answer to that is a resounding yes. Ive driven both the regular M6 and the competition M6 at high speeds on the...

An automatic without a torque converter could yes, i.e Mercedes MCT . But having driven both, the Dct responds faster every time and thus improves the experience of driving , instant flat out shifts...

The engineer also said this ...... "Plus, he says, the torque converter improves drivability when in four-cylinder mode, which allows more aggressive cylinder deactivation."

Im pretty sure the Getrag that porsche uses in the 911 turbo S would fit ;) . Certainly the one from the 918 would . They couldn't find a cheap enough DCT to fit in the rear transaxle that can...

I am almost certain it will not be a faster "Complete Shift Time" than the top of the line PDK in the GT3 (it's direct competitor, notice they didn't say the PDK in the GT3). I am however completely...

I just don't want to hear about price for performance on a 100k + super car. At this price point I expect less compromises from a company that wants to be a segment leader.

A DCT is superior to a torque converter auto in the most important aspect of shifting , time from paddle pull to actual shift. I don't give a $#@! if the "mechanical shift time is x , I care about...

At +2.5 psi probably not , at +3, + 4 or + 5 psi who knows . The pistons are not forged so where do they go at 650whp ? My point is I want know where the limit is at not guess . It's a pricey motor...

It will see more sales when they list it on their site , and at least make it look like they have done at least some testing on the S63TU ( not even S63TU install instructions ) . The N63 is not even...

I definetly can repeat the 11.4 , obviously the trap will be lower than the GPS . Fortunately winter doesn't last long in SC . I'll get to the strip in Charlotte as soon as it opens back up . Pretty...

That's cool , I don't mind using Racelogics software at this point , it took awhile to get it figured out but it's pretty easy now to pull the slope etc . This was using their new 20hz Vbox Sport...

Was an epic DA day on Christmas morning so I ran my 2014 CP M6 with Gruppe M intake and SS catted DP's in my usual testing location as the motor has gotten used to the DP's after 500 miles. The...

Thanks ! I will .

I have no doubt they add to the low and midrange , it's just that especially after the DP's I don't feel I need that at the moment especially without maintung the pull to past 6000 rpm like the CP...

I don't like piggyback tuning in general , and it's a bit limited and crude for the S63tu at the moment .I honestly don't think the current flash tunes are worth it for the minimal gains over the CP...

Having owned a E92 Procede 335i, FBO E92 M3, a ESS 525 Z4M (track car), A FBO E63 M6, and now the F13 M6 CP, this is my favorite car I have ever driven. The total package of performance/...

As it was stock I agree, but i think now that it has adapted to the DP's it will be 126.x , assuming my wheel spin isn't so great as to effect my trap as well. It is running much stronger after 300...

Sticky given the 60-130 time and the GPS data , what do you think it will trap on street tires. I'm not expecting to get a much better ET as wheel spin will def by the limiting factor.

Nothing good in the Charleston area unfortunately, and the closest good strip is Zmax which is closed for the winter. Darlington's prep is usually so bad i almost lost it in my old GTR so don't know...

Here are some of my first runs with SS catted DP's installed after 100 miles , still stock tune, stock wheels tires and pressures. The car is definitely needing to adapt to the higher flow as 4th...

I'm in Charleston SC so I'm so low I'm essentially under water ;). I'm not messing with any tune that is based of an older file than the one in my car . If a real tune comes out that involves full...

Yep I'm using the 20hz Vbox sport and had 0 slope . I do have the Gruppe M intake and I have CCB's as well as the CP. The car is very strong 8.09 60-130 is moving . Hell the 60-130 on this run from...
