OK, I have a good update!
Tightened all of the bolts on the valve cover again - Check
Track every plug and sensor and make sure they were plugged in - Check
Found the Crankshaft Sensor removed it...

So I found a few post that suggest that either my crankshaft sensor came unplugged or that I need a new one.

I just replaced my valve cover gasket and followed a DIY. Car started fine and I took it for a test drive. Once warm I gave it some gas and it threw a engine malfunction and a DTC error???

It is roughly 1.5" from the btm of the intercooler to the bottom of the radiator.

Same thing with my AA Sport FMIC... It has always bothered me a little bit but I have never had anyone even mention it.

My settings did not match the ones in your pix... Should I just update the settings and re-flash? I don't think that would hurt anything.
