The JB/Procede had their role in the market because flashing was either not available or not convenient. The engine should be controlled by the ECU if at all possible. Piggybacks are vastly inferior...

This really is not a good approach to tackle this problem.
PS: I do have Cobb and I like it. But I am interested in the Open Source stuff for Android/iOS portability reasons.

The BT cable really needs the ability to log all cylinders. With only cylinder 1, there is no way to do solid tuning maps.
Plus I'm not sure it has all the Cobb parameters which are really needed,...

I have logged one more cylinder (1 and 6 logged) and the timing is the same on both. So I can safely conclude that the timing is doing this on all cylinders.

Very good question ! :) Attached to this post is a WOT log (gears 2-3) in which you can see that the load target oscillates...but in the original log posted (without increased torque limits) it does...

Here is a more complete log from the map where I increased the torque limits in the "Load to Torque Limit" table. You can see how the boost TARGET (not the actual boost) oscillates too !
