It actually starts to lean out around 5k. So yes, meth would help at this power level, but I wouldn't want to push things any harder without addressing the fueling issues prior.

Tony, the first log hits 21.7 for 300 rpm, so I'm not sure what you are looking at when you try to make 300 rpm into 1500 rpm. You also keep quoting me out of context which you need to stop doing......
