Mounting the motor vertically instead of slanted frees a HUGE amount of space for that turbo. Do you have to install a dry sump to do that?

Going to pick this up tomorrow. I was looking for a 1.8T but wasn't able to find any that met my requirements. This one is perfect, only lightly modded and already has a manual transmission swapped...

I think they should name the coupes the 3 series and the sedans the 4 series. That would make m3 and m4 make sense to me. But it is probably too late for that.

I believe the issue which affects whether the heads will fit is that m54 and m52 have different coolant passages. Maybe it can be machined to work.
