The gate is one part of the puzzle, we did our due diligence, set the gate properly, even snugged it up a bit, of course tested it, don't like king shade tree try to convince you its going to be simple hardware issue we happened to overlook, this thing was 8 months in the making. We made sure everything was right. Until we get it on a car with a Cobb on it to address the actual tuning, we are going to be stuck in neutral, wasn't the biggest question mark about the N55 the ability to tune? Yes it was, now all of sudden that we can't get a solid tune, the tuner is blaming hardware, and I am blaming tune, well I guess we see at some point. But the fact that we have seen this exact situation before on the N54 and took care of it, says a lot. Also if you want to run a MBC on these cars you have to get rid of the vacuum gates and replumb everything and convert a boost activated gates, I tried it on the N54 and we didn't give it much of a chance but it proved inferior to the vacuum gates with very limited effort at making it work, so we went back. I may end up going back and testing boost gates on these and the N54's again once I have a little more time. I still think the vacuum system is blowing open on the N54 at very high power levels near redline. "
