Each map update takes a while to do and any emails outside of map updates in most cases by far are responded almost instantly. We have been swamped due to recent group buys on our tuning which we will try to limit in number in the future. One thing to understand is that our tuning services are open and unlimited when it comes to reviews/tweaks over time. What happens is you have new customers coming all the time that you have to tend to but you also have customers whose tunes you've done a year ago coming in for reviews/feedback on their previously built maps and possible updates. It can be overwhelming at times but again we feel we're managing it very well and doing as best as we can but that doesn't mean we can't always improve like any other business. Thanks @Nugs, repped.
Great customer service. Man you've come a long way in this community. Congrats. "

Yea, i agree.. Dont have an exact mod list except for, decat oem heders, rpi exhaust, rpi scoops and bmc drop in filter.. Not sure on tune or other mods..

Yea that is some good power out the factory! Heavy girl, otherwise they would be stupid fast.. Once these things are tuned, it should be over for the V10 but still fun lol. "

Sadly, that just means we are in the minority.

I try to rarely complain, but I finally had to put together a list of my biggest frustrations while driving

Agree? Disagree? Other additions?

care to show your working out of how the head doesn't flow enough AFTER porting+valve job? The only before and after dyno we actually have of head modifications alone show the ported head should make power quite well with a raised redline.

piston speeds are not too fast at any case

8350rpm on stock stroke, stock rods, is 25m/s (little below 5000 feet per minute). so again, 8000 should be a nice reasonable rev limit to aim for i believe.

Ha! No doubt. Good addition. I should add people who appear to be clueless/don't pay attention to my list. It amazes me the number of people who wouldn't realize they ran over a elephant if it didn't spill their latte.

Ha! I think every place has bad roads. The best roads I've ever driven on were in Germany. One of my clients apologized to me before I had to drive between two cities about how bad the road was - in 200km it had max, two potholes. Now those were the only two potholes I saw the entire trip, but that made me laugh. Clearly they've never driven in the US. "
